Good communication and its role in teaching
My point of view is that a good interaction in between a teacher and students is constructed on a solid foundation of respect, good understanding and trust. In order to effectively evaluate learners' desires and needs, the teacher must originally comprehend her/his students and where they are originating from. The teacher should be the very first to initiate great interaction, as not many trainees and parents will show that initiative. She/he needs to likewise be prepared to communicate her/his own expectations to the students; with a genuine mindset toward her/his learners and showing an interest for their learning and their lives is very important when doing this. When both the instructor and trainees realise each other's goals and points of view, the basement components of mutual respect are developed. The trainees and instructors seek and should have trust as humans and identities; tutors likewise seek trust in the expert meaning but have to take care of the way they go about it. As a teacher, I will be in a position of management, however I do not desire to be an autocratic or tyrant. I will also have the opportunity to be a good friend and trustee for a lot of my students, but I do not want to cross over the border of competence.
Teaching, learning and experience
I think that in order to foster learning in the best way possible, the teacher has to be passionate about the material being studied, even in case her/his students are not. The tutor has to be the instructor for the learners, and stress the benefits about every student's action in an honest method, alongside positive criticism. She or he has to be willing to compromise and listen, yet be strong in her or his choices and pledges.
A tutor is not just a tutor however a long-lasting student. Therefore, she or he should also continue to develop her or his state of professional knowledge, taking additional trainings, upgrading her/his degree and participating in meetings and forums with fellow teachers to share concepts and doctrines and find out unknown things in order to offer her or his trainees the most up-to-date information possible.
dealt with earlier in my work. I know that my teaching viewpoint will change as I find out more as a young professional. That is one of the advantages of being human; we do take wrong steps, or discover something new, and upgrade. I am excited about the chances that lie ahead.
